How to Pay for Your RinaWine Winery Tour?

DEPOSIT: Book your preferred winery tour and secure your date with a $200 security deposit that goes towards the total tour cost, regardless of the number of people in your group.

BALANCE: The balance payment is due 7 full days before the tour date.

EXCEPTION: Tours booked less than 7 days before the tour date: If the booking is made 7 full days or less before the tour commencement date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

RinaWine Winery Tour Cancellation and Date Change Policy

If you cancel your winery tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 13 and 8 days before the event date incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If you cancel your winery tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 13 and 8 days before the event date incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Failure to pay the tour balance on time is considered a cancellation, and the above cancellation fee rules apply.
The number of people in your group and the balance due for that number are locked on the balance due date. Changing the number of people after that time could result in a different price per person based on the new group size.
