Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to RinaWine. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our winery tour services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

Deposit:
- A $200 security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred date. This deposit goes towards the total tour cost, regardless of the number of people in your group.
Balance Payment:
- The remaining balance is due 7 full days before the tour date.
Exception for Last-Minute Bookings:
- For tours booked less than 7 days before the tour date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted Forms of Payment:
- Bank Transfer
Booking Confirmation:
- Your booking is not confirmed UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED by RinaWine.

- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Fees prepaid by us on your behalf to third parties (winery, restaurant, tickets, etc.) are not refundable.
Late Payment Considered Cancellation:
- Failure to pay the tour balance on time is considered a cancellation, and the above cancellation fee rules apply.
Group Size Changes:
- The number of people in your group and the balance due for that number are locked on the balance due date. Changing the number of people after that time could result in a different price per person based on the new group size.
